Shipping policy

1. Shipping Partner

We use PostEx Courier Service to deliver all orders across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Areas: 3–6 business days

Please note that delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or high order volumes.


4. Shipping Charges

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your order through the PostEx tracking system.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please ensure:

  • You provide a valid phone number and address
  • You are available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery

Failure to receive the parcel may result in order cancellation or restrictions on future orders.


7. Delivery Attempts

PostEx will usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the parcel is not received, it may be returned to us.


8. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.


9. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel is damaged or lost during shipping:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos (if damaged) for verification

We will coordinate with PostEx to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
